Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at digitalcrosssection.com and the marketing, lead acquisition, and educational advertising services provided by The Digital Cross-Section ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, initiating text message communications with us, or participating in a campaign test run, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
The Digital Cross-Section is a business-to-business (B2B) client acquisition partner for professional artificial turf installation contractors. We design, deploy, and manage branded educational advertising funnels that pre-educate homeowners on base preparation, drainage, and realistic pricing before booking on-site estimates on the contractor's calendar.
2. Exclusivity & Territory Protection
To ensure maximum pipeline performance and avoid conflict of interest, we operate on a strict one partner per primary service territory model. While an active contractor partner is enrolled in a market, we will not deploy campaigns for direct competitors within that defined geographic radius.
3. The Test Run Terms & Conditions
Our pilot test run is designed to demonstrate campaign performance with zero upfront agency retainers:
- Direct Meta Ad Spend: The contractor partner funds a minimum advertising budget of $50 per day, paid directly to Meta Platforms, Inc. through the contractor's own ad account. The contractor maintains visibility and ownership of the ad account and spend.
- $0 Agency Build & Management Fee: We absorb all setup, ad copywriting, educational report design, lead capture configuration, and follow-up sequence build costs for the initial test campaign.
- First On-Site Visit: No agency management fee is charged before the first homeowner visit for an on-site estimate generated by the campaign takes place. Ad spend remains the contractor's responsibility.
4. Ongoing Partnership & Cancellation
Once the first on-site estimate visit generated by the campaign takes place, the ongoing management fee begins if the campaign remains active:
- Monthly Territory Retainer: $997 per month after the first on-site estimate visit, plus Meta advertising spend paid directly by the contractor.
- Month-to-Month Flexibility: There are no mandatory 6-month or 12-month lock-in contracts. Partnerships operate month-to-month.
- Cancellation & Clean Exit: Either party may terminate or pause ongoing campaigns at any time upon written notice (including via SMS or email). If a contractor elects not to continue before the first on-site estimate visit, no ongoing agency management fee is owed. The contractor retains its leads, prospects, and ad accounts.
5. Important Notice · Earnings & Results Disclaimer

Your ultimate commercial success depends on factors outside our control, including your local market demand, responsiveness to leads, sales ability, quoting speed, installation quality, and local competitive landscape.
